• In less than 30 minutes, you can compose a hand-written letter to elected officials based on your own experience as a retailer and you can use the talking points on this website. Retailers: urge your employees and customers to do the same.
  
  
• In just two hours (business owners), you can invite your legislators to your retail store to meet your employees and customers in person. An elected official is much more likely to be sympathetic to your cause if he or she has the chance to meet and hear from the “real people” who would be negatively impacted by higher cigarette taxes.
